Regardless of any project, the difference between a good design and a great design can be in choosing the right material to provide an overall better look. The two most important aspects to consider in choosing the right material are:

• •  Colors and finishes – Different colors produce different effects. The ambiance of a room and the overall feel of the property depend on the colors added to space. The same can be said for finishes.
  • Climate and Environmental changes – It is important to take climate and the challenges they bring into consideration for great design. IN an area where humidity is relatively high, using a large amount of wood around the house can prove to be problematic (if not treated and maintained properly) in the long run.
